I've recently ordered a replacement Iphone (22/07/20) due to my current handset dying on me. I have not received a confirmation email with an order number or any information at all regarding the order. I was told I would receive text messages from dpd regarding delivery, but my phone isn't working so obviously I cannot receive them. I'm wondering where I can find the information I need about my delivery so that I can confirm it's been dispatched?

Hi Leanne,
It was an iPhone 7 in black. After speaking to customer services this morning I was made aware that it still hadn't been dispatched because the order was waiting on the stock, even though I was reassured it would arrive, at the latest, today. I've been desperate for the handset as I'm due to go away for the next few days as of tomorrow morning.
I've resolved the issue anyway and instead I will be heading into my local EE shop to pick up a handset from there. It's a relief it's finally sorted, but to be honest I feel like it could have all been avoided with better correspondence from EE so I wasn't in the dark about the whole situation. I think I'll be doing all my transactions in person from now on!
