I haven't received an email confirmation for my new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra however I require it as I pre ordered the device so I can claim the Galaxy Buds Live and I require a confimation email to claim the Buds. The EE live chat page isn't appearing for me as I press the live chat button and put pay monthly but there's no options to speak to EE. Can you please help me?

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this request.
You can also use Skype via the get in touch page.
