I have recently upgraded my phone (Wednesday) and was told I would receive an email from EE which I have confirming the order. I was then told I would hear from DPD to tell me when my new phone will be delivered.
I havent heard anything since then so am concerned I am not going to receive my new phone.

The tracker is not allowing me to view my order. The message is saying we cannot track your parcel at this time.

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 if the tracker isn't working.
