Hi - I have recently redeemed a discount code for 30% off my contract as i am an Openreach employee. When i have attempted to upgrade as i am an existing EE customer, the "add a gift voucher" part doesn't let me add my code.
I called EE directly and the sales person tried to manually add it but continuously told me its not "Valid" but that just can't be the case as i only generated the discount code today.
The code is not generated through EE Perks but Employee-discounts.ee.co.uk. Does appear you need to be on the BT VPN to access this. Please help.

Is there a reason you can't enter the code from a work machine?
It's been a while, but I seem to remember lots of this kind of thing was only available via Gatekeeper.

You can't use the Friends and Family codes on your own account. You need to reach out to the employee team, I think it's internal accounts now. If you DM I'll send you the email. I'm an Openreach employee myself and faced this exact problem.
