Online upgrade

Attempted to do an online upgrade, got email saying id get a text when processed. Text never came so rung, they told me theres a problem but don't know what & told to do online chat instead, did that & they said the same (after about 30 mins) so call digital sales. Couldn't get through coz there not taking calls. Just tried calling again  & after 40 mins still no answer so had to hang up. So if customer services on phone & online chat can't put you through what chance have you got at actually talking to someone who knows about your order. Anybody else having similar issues?

Have you received any confirmation emails from us? When did you order?

Ordered on 25th & yes got confirmation email, when i rung i was told there had been a problem, not sure what & to get in touch with digital sales i also wanted to change my order. iv been unable to get through to digital sales. I then went through the process of upgrade again online because the tablet i wanted is showing as low stock & i got confirmation email but again thats as far as its gone. I will try digital sales again later on today & hopefully im able to get an answer. Problem is there either not taking calls or im put on hold & i just don't have time to be waiting on hold. Iv tried 3 times yesterday 30 mins each time & no answer.
