Old number not working on new sim

I visited Carphone warehouse on Saturday and changed from Vodafone to ER. Used the code to transfer my number and was informed could take 24hours or longer over the weekend. New phone arrived on Monday inserted new sim and it has a new number, and my old number is still working on my Vodafone sim in my old card, it is Tuesday and I’ve checked again and the number still hasn’t been ported over?

@Bethrobinsonn   Your port would of started yesterday as ports do not happen over the weekend.  If it’s not done by 12pm I would call customer services and give them your pac code.
