Haven't received an order conformation email

I Ordered my upgrade on Sunday morning being told my order will be here on Tuesday but then last night and this morning I haven't received a text from DPD or a conformation email so I can track the order from EE. 

This happened with the last two orders I have had from EE and honestly starting to annoy me

Also I have checked spam and junk mail so don't hit me with that

Got through to EE and said it will come today but no time slot yet so its all good!
