Old Number

Hi

Just upgraded by EE phone but they have supplied new sim with new number and i want to keep old number. i have been advised just to put old simin is that right?

As long as all the paperwork says you upgraded then just use your old SIM, they just send out a new one in case you need it.

Does the paperwork confirm it's an upgrade?
