I have registered for unlimited data for NHS workers, I submitted the info and received a text to say I had been sent an email to activate it. I have not received the email (it’s not in my junk mail either). In the text message it does say if you’ve not received it to contact EE via the email address in the text, I have done this and still not heard anything. I got the text last Saturday and I responded via email on Monday but still joy.....has this happened to anyone else?

I'm having the same issue. I rang EE customer service up and told them that I have registered and got a txt message saying that a email was sent to my work email address. I had look on my work email address and nothing has come through and this was last week. I was told it could take upto 7 days. But on there system it has been logged in that I have registered for the data boost but still waiting for them to send confirmation to my work email address.

Welcome to the community.
It sounds like you could be in the same position as @Hamzahmansoor was. It can take up to 7 days for the unlimited data to be added. Could you keep an eye on your My EE accounts for it activating please?
Thanks for registering for this.

Hi, thank you for your reply, I’ll leave it for a few days with the hope it gets sorted, if not I’ll contact EE.
