Not Receiving Text Messages - Huawei P30 Pro

I received 2 text messages yesterday, both spam and blocked them. But before this I haven't received a text message for the past 2 weeks. And I also haven't received a text message since.

 

This means I can't use my mobile authentication that's set up to various social media. 

 

I've restarted my phone, refreshed my network settings etc. The only thing I refuse to d is reset my device.. again. As I've done it twice for the same issue and has never solved it.

Can you try sending a text message to yourself, do you receive it?

 

Is there anyone else you can ask to send you a text message - do you receive that?

 

Can you try toggling flight mode on your phone on, then off?

I can receive the one I sent to myself. And I can send text messages to people I just can't respond. It comes up as not delivered. 

 

I have toggled flight mode a couple times but nothing seems to change.

Are you able to ask any friends or relations to send you a text message? Do they arrive?
