I ordered my upgrade yesterday on the phone for delivery today. Following the call I received no emails and I haven't received a text today from DPD telling me my phone is on the way. I can't track my order as I didn't receive an email with my order number on.
Please advise.

Can you check your junk/spam folder to see if the email has gone there?
You will get a text from DPD on the morning of the day of your delivery.
