No updates on orders

Hi I have had two orders confirmed, but no delivery or updates on the orders.  The numbers are xkoxxxxxxxxx and xkoxxxxxxxxx. Please  can I have an update on these orders.

When did you place your order?

Hi,

 

The orders were placed on the 26/09.  There is one for a new phone number SIM and the other for an iPhone 13 pro on an existing number.

 

I did receive an update on the 27th that stated that the SIM "Your order's on its way. It'll be delivered by Royal Mail."  The SIM has not arrived, and there has been no updated on iPhone order.

I would recommend allowing 3-5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your SIM by post. 

 

Is the iPhone you ordered listed below?

Hi,

 

Will give the SIM a couple more days for delivery.

 

The phone is an iPhone 13 Pro 256GB Graphite.  So not on the list you have posted.
