No update on order

Hi!

I can’t seem to track an order, I placed.  I have had a confirmation email but when I used that order number to try and find out what’s going on I get a message saying “sorry we can’t show you your order details right now”  I can understand things are busy and different right now with corona, but I also know I’m not the only person on here with this problem. I just want to make sure it’s all gone through.

If you've had a confirmation email, your order has gone through.

 

You'll get a text from DPD when it's ready to be delivered 🙂
