No tethering: Enable personal hotspot contact EE

Hi, I cannot use tethering on my iPhone and a message is showing up “Enable personal hotspot contact EE”. Can anyone help please? Thanks

It was solved by updating iOS finally - EE staff was extremely helpful.

(iPhone XS Max, roaming from Slovakia)

 

Firstly I called EE asking for help. They were extremely helpful and tried absolutely everything - many thanks for that - but no luck. Then I tried to update the iOS to the latest 13.6 and started working fine finally.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
