Hi, I have an iPhone 12 and since 4:30pm today I have not been able to get signal anywhere at all. I have restarted my phone, turned aeroplane mode off and on, switched Bluetooth off and still can’t get it to work. I tried looking for help on the EE app but it just told me to call them, which I obviously can’t do. I need to make an important phone call so any advice would be greatly appreciated

Are you able to try another sim card, to see if its the sim card that's at fault?
Can you pop the postcode into the EE service checker, and see if it's showing any outages in that area.

If needs be, you can contact EE customer service from another phone on:

Hi,
I do not have access to another SIM card or phone unfortunately. The link you provided says I should get good coverage however I have had 0 bars of signal since around 4pm. I found
this online however I’m unsure how accurate it is

Enter the postcode, but click on the Check Status, instead of the Check Coverage. This will put you on to the part where it shows if there is any network issues etc going on in that area.

I'd also add that independent sites such as "istheservicedown", "downdetector" and a few others, are not reliable sources of information on local coverage issues.
They have some limited use in specific scenarios, but "I've got no signal" isn't one of them.
Others have advised you of the EE coverage & status checker, which includes facilities to report unlisted issues directly to EE.

@Cmorganll Have you tried a network reset on the device?
