No signal after ordering a new sim

Hi,  I ordered a new SIM card 4 days ago as I was having trouble with signal everywhere in the UK and for the last two days my phone has been cut off and no SIM card has arrived!  Has this happened to anyone else?  No phone for two days has cost me untold amounts of work!  Very upset!!

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

I am very sorry to hear this has happened. If you order a replacement SIM card this can at times register the new SIM card, so this will be ready to use when this arrives. 

 

The SIM card can take 2-5 working days to arrive.
