Morning, just moved into a new house and I have really poor phone signal. I have checked the signal tracker and its says excellent but thats not the case. I only have 1 bar and now my calls are going to voicemail as they cant connect. Do they still have booster boxes?

Does the Network Status Checker show any problems in your area?
Have you checked to see if you can use WiFi Calling at home?

In addition to the advice thus far to check the coverage tool, it's worth understanding that the site has 2 functions..
1:"Check coverage" looks for predicted coverage in your area.
2: "Check network" searches for any known issues or outages in your locality.
Do other EE users have similar problems in your home?
The signal boxes you may be referring to are now legacy technology and no longer promoted - EE's WiFi-calling service is the recommended solution for resolving indoor coverage problems.
