I upgraded my EE contract last week to an iPhone 12pro. It said it would be “super fast delivery” and dispatched within 2 days. I have heard nothing since receiving my confirmation and my order number doesn’t work on the tracking page.

Apologies it was an iPhone 12, not the pro model, and in black. Looking through other messages it appears it is out of stock, any idea how long before it comes back in?

That model iPhone 12, is showing expect despatch within 21 days.
