No order confirmation by email

Hi

 

Started an upgrade on the 3rd September for the s21 (I know there is a stock issue) but I never received a confirmation email... Only the text to track the order.

I'm gonna need the order confirmation to claim the goodies from Samsung.....

How can I get this please?

Same problem can’t find my account there’s been no confirmation. One minute Ee pops up when it needs topping up then boom gone when I want to check on it.

How did you process your order?

 

Was this online, over the phone or in store?

 

Once you receive your phone you will be provided with a delivery note which can be uploaded as your proof of purchase. 

 

To complete the claim once you have your new phone please visit this website

Hi Katie

 

It was done over the phone and the lady told me I would get an email confirmation, but I just got the text.

Here's hoping I get everything I need when the phones arrives (which will hopefully be soon)
