Like it says in the heading. I have full 4g signal but phone says no internet

Does the below link help at all, assuming your model is on the list? (There appear to be multiple distinct models.) Good luck!
If a text message says the service provider's settings have only recently been delivered, a simple reboot may suffice.

Have you been able to use mobile data on this phone previously?
Is mobile data enabled on your device? Have you tried restarting it?
