No internet for last 2 days

Hi,  I have problem with internet for last 2 days  (postcode TW4)  no 4G & 5G only calls I can make. I have 5 bars signal and little cross next to signal status which mean no internet. I try to swap devices but without luck. That's info from my Huawei cube

UPDATE:

 

it was fixed for last 11 months until yesterday 😞 no internet again , i have good  signal with 5 bars on the phone  also there is little cross . My cell id is 3578112

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues again. Are there any problems showing on the coverage checker?

Sorry, but can you clarify what you mean by "no 4G and 5G only calls"?

 

You've posted some 4G signal parameters, but does your phone display VoLTE next to the signal bars? Do you have mobile data enabled, and have you tried restarting your phone?

hi  , i have no internet connection on all 3 devices (2phones and Huawei 5G win), thats what i have on my mobile.

yes, date is on and i was restarting devices many times.

ok i noticed when my Huawei connect to different mast (3193345) than usually internet works  again but few seconds later It's connect back to 3578112 and internet  goes down.

Those are unique cell-IDs - I'd recommend using the coverage & status checker to report a problem, click on "check network" and then "report a problem" to get this passed to EE network teams.
