No dispatch date yet for my 128 iPhone 12 Pro

Hello, 

why is my IPhone 12 Pro Graphite, ordered on 28/12/20 taking too long even to get expected delivery date confirming when you paid for the device.

Apple get your acts together, especially peoples forks out £1000, 

it’s easy to blame logistics due busy period, Covid-19 and Brexit border issues.

@PAUL157 In the exact same position mate ordered on the 4th of December, it's frustrating seeing people who ordered the Phone on the "31st December" getting theirs before but whenever we ask EE they're delivered on a "first come first serve basis" 😂

Yes same thing happened to me but 2 nights ago it changed to order dispatched in 24 hours and has been like that ever since.. it’s been well over 24 hours as well so just waiting, that’s all we can do I guess.
