No dispatch date yet for my 128 iPhone 12 Pro

Hello, 

why is my IPhone 12 Pro Graphite, ordered on 28/12/20 taking too long even to get expected delivery date confirming when you paid for the device.

Apple get your acts together, especially peoples forks out £1000, 

it’s easy to blame logistics due busy period, Covid-19 and Brexit border issues.

First of all I’m In middle of what’s happening and involve daily, so I guess that makes me aware of what’s happening very well. Unfortunately the unexpected do happen when involves logistics and distribution and companies are aware to prepare for it.

so I still believe this was managed badly. Apple & EE are not small companies.

Shocking post over a phone given what's happened and the resulting delays.

 

EE don't manufacture the devices. 

 

If you are unhappy with the wait then you need to speak to EE CS on 150. Or contact Apple.

I ordered my 128g blue 12 pro on the 5th of December and haven’t heard a thing been over the 28 days they say you will get it in, it’s a joke as they give them long !  time frames and now it’s exceeded it you would think of giving you a email explaining why and when you should receive your phone.  thinking of cancelling now after being with 

EE / orange for over 10years 

I ordered my 12 pro 128gb on the 6th of December and still haven’t received it. All this time it gave me an estimated delivery date from 4th - 9th Jan but now all of sudden it’s the 4th and the status has changed to “awaiting confirmation” this is an absolute joke and I can relate to everyone’s frustration! 

Have you received any update about yours? Mine was saying 4th-9th jan and then on Monday it changed back to awaiting confirmation. It’s beyond frustrating

No it’s now the 8th jan ordered mine on the 5th dec and still haven’t heard a thing and I’ve called to see it’s defo ordered and it is what’s annoying is if it’s 1st come 1st then why are people getting there’s in the last few days I’ve seen and they ordered there’s after me lol according to there posts

my tracker updated today to dispatch expected within 24 hours, I ordered on the 21st of December. I ordered the gold 128gb though.

Was on the phone to EE today to cancel it and I was told if I don’t cancel it he will guarantee me getting it  next week as somehow there was stock ???? But after talking with him for a while he found out I ordered it from EE shop not, on the phone or online he then told me he couldn’t help me that I couldn’t even cancel it I had to go in to store if I won’t it canceled even tho the shops are not open and we are in lockdown!! . My contract completely ends in a week and if I don’t have my new phone by then I will not be taking the upgrade I ordered i will find a provider that will provide what there selling
