My son's mobile data stopped working when he changed his device. He's not reached his limit. His calls and texts are fine. Tried a network settings reset and a factory reset and neither worked. Also tried to turn content lock off and this didn't work either. Can't get through to 150 as they are so busy. Anyone here that can help?

Hi @Shrayparekh.
Welcome to the community.
What device was he using previously, and what is he using now?
How much data does he have left?

This was actually the first device he ever had. He then switched to a different device Galaxy S7 but that broke so he went back to the Infinix. But by this time I had factory reset the Infinix. So we went through the process of setting everything up again. Last night I then remembered that we had to set up the Access Point Name the first time we used the Infinix so I googled it and found the correct settings and have added this. But it still doesn't work. Not sure if the details I got online might not be valid anymore. He had loads of data so it's not that. He's not on airplane mode either.

http://setup-ee.wdsglobal.com/internet
I used those but it complained about not having MCC and MNC so I checked mine as I am with EE as well and added 234 and 30 respectively. Are those correct?

That looks right to me, @Shrayparekh.
If it's still not working, I'd recommend contacting our Tech Care team.
They will be able to make sure everything is set up correctly on the account.

Thank you. The trouble is when I try to use the chat function it says that chat can't be used for this topic and when I call I'm on hold for 30 min before giving up 😞

Why don't you tell her what she needs to know instead of asking what she's done.
I need help, this.... Isn't working.
You- what have you done?
Or
I need help, this...... Isn't working.
You- it's ok I've got you. You need to do this.
See the difference EE man? Could you be more unhelpful?
If you don't have the knowledge, say 'I don't know' straight off, call rip off 150 so we can make more money off you from a problem of EE's making.
