No delivery date

I upgraded via the SMS service yesterday evening and had a confirmation email but no order number on the email to track my delivery. It says it’s due to be delivered today but I have no way of tracking it and no word from DPD either.

@Georgiagrace60  if you got a confirmation email then you would’ve got a order number which starts with a XKO or an XKN, A order number is not a tracking number this is sent to you when a device has been allocated to you.  If you’ve not had this and you’ve not had a text from DPD with a delivery time slot ( usually by 11am ) then your device isn’t on its way to you today.
