No date of birth on My account\personal profil

I'm just checking my personal details on a few accounts. 

Date of birth is not shown. 

I am sure when I first signed an account 6-7 years ago it must have been requested and recorded. But where is it?

The only way is to speak to them. They are busy in the current climate but thay are taking calls eventually. Just persevere! Perhaps it is not important to have your DoB on your a/c's.
