My account holder updated my contract and ordered an iphone 7 for myself on Sunday and we have still not recieved any confirmation for the update. How long should it take to recieve this confirmation??

@bkanee Has the account holder looked in their junk/spam folder for any emails confirming the order ? If not they’ll need to call customer services as you should of got one within 24 hours.
