I upgraded my phone on October 14th and ordered and paid for a case and screen protector. My phone arrived but no sign ofa case or screen protector.

@Sue571 then you need to call customer services about this as this is a public forum that has no access to your account or can see what you have ordered.

Thank you for your advice it is now solved . A case and screen protector is on the way.
