Hey, I pre-orderd the Samsung galaxy S21+ and I still don't have a date for delivery or when it will be dispatched. What should I do. Thank you.

@Tommyk2159   I think you need to call customer services to find out if your order actually went through. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
