Hi, I've just received my new phone upgrade. Transferred the data across from my old phone and the charger worked for about 10 mins before giving up. I've tried my old one which works (but isn't great) so I know it's the new charger. Could I get a replacement?

You would need to speak to EE CS on 150.
What device do you have?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
