have had upgrade but my old phone is still showing on EE app

@Willett1231 It’ll update on its own. It doesn’t do anything apart from annoy you. Try using the my EE app when connected to a cellular signal.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
