New sim ordered?

Hi, 

 

I had my mobile nicked on Monday and have ordered a new sim on my online account….

 

im not sure if I have done it correctly as not had anything in the post at all. 

is there anyone who can check my account I don’t have a mobile to call from

Unfortunately there is no account access on this forum.

 

I recommend you call EE C/S from another phone - use 0800 0798586
