New sim not working

My phone was unfortunately stolen the sim and phone was black listed I ordered a new sim and a new phone 

it came yesterday and all was fine 

I’ve woken this morning and I can’t make calls or texts and internet only works on the WiFi? 
Any idea ??

Were you able to make calls and send texts yesterday?

Yes I was able to send texts and make calls yesterday 

 

yes all turned on and off and it’s still not working
