New phone

I've just upgraded from Samsung s9 to pixel 4 and I've kept the same number so put my old sim in, but now it's saying no mobile network. Do I need to put in the new SIM? I've also not been able to access many of my accounts. Normally when I upgrade they all transfer over, but this time only a few things did. Completely lost

@Leeanne_mullen   Try the new sim as it sound like your number has been or is being migrated to the new sim. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I've done that now, thank you. Still not working so will have to go to the shop tomorrow.
