Hi @Karlh1

Assuming you've bought your phone "direct" i.e. over the internet or phone, then you have standard 14days distance-selling-regulations to return any purchase. An EE mobile phone is no different. You can read EE's policy here

If you've bought your phone in a retail shop, then no you can't return it unless the shop explicitly agrees or the phone is faulty.

Although - what apps are you trying to use, on what phone?

The apps I'm using are for my diabetes and its on a Samsung

Sorry my new phone is a Huawei p40 pro

Hi @Karlh1.

Welcome to the community.

Are you downloading the apps from the Google Play Store?

Do you get any error messages?
