I upgraded a contract middle of last week and got a new phone. It said it was 24 hours delivery but no sign of it yet (presumably out of stock) or estimated time of arrival.
I now need to change my delivery address and can't a) work out how to do that b) work out how to get in touch with anyone.
Can someone at EE get in touch? Cheers
