EE why set a launch date for a new phone and then make people pre order just to then make them wait and use the excuse that it's a bank holiday weekend that has let you down if this is the case why set a date on a bank holiday weekend think this absolutely disgusting why to run your business and treat your loyal customers of many years

@Robmoore   EE doesn’t set the launch date of devices that’s the manufacturer and as the manufacturer is not from the UK the bank holiday doesn’t mean anything to them.

@Robmoore , just to add to what @Chris_B  has written, just because there is a launch date, does not mean you will get the device on the launch date because you pre-ordered, as it depends as to how many pre-ordered and how many each network receives and when. Devices are also sent out on a first come first served basis, this happens with all devices, the same as with the I-Phone when it was launched last year and probably the same thing will happen this year.
