This is exactly the same as me. I ordered mine Saturday and was told would be here yesterday. I cant track it and had no text from DPD or anything.

I'm in the same boat, but with everything going on I wouldn't expect anything soon. Although I did have this issue last time I upgraded, these are special circumstances.

DPD is currently still operating deliveries, as soon as your phone has been processed and is ready for delivery you will be notified.
What shows when you track your order with your order number using our online tracker?

Hi,
I got the confirmation email with xko order number, when I entered it into the tracker field a prompt says "we cant find your order"
I know i had the same issue last time I renewed my contract.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to find your order.
I would recommend speaking with our customer care team to ensure everything is as it should be with your order.
After this, you will then receive notification from DPD when your order is ready for delivery.
