@Burnzy2_4 : Where is he?

You don't need to top-up to receive calls. They are free while in EU.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

In UK it says I'm sorry calls are not currently being connected to this number but I followed the instructions logged in and registered and it still won't work

Hi @Burnzy2_4,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Did you purchase a top up with the SIM? If you did, you'll just need to make a call or send a text to activate the SIM.

If you didn't, you'll need to top up and choose a pack to get started.
