Looked at my email from customer service team, the mobile number I typed, the last digit is wrong. Can this be rectified?. Thanks.

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to see if they can change this for you.
Have you got the DPD app just in case you can't receive the text from them?

Result, they've changed my EE payg sim, changed it to unlimited and applied a discount. Well chuffed.
