New mobile

My Huawei mobile phone hasn't worked today there's a problem with the sound I've checked the settings option and the sounds not indicating that it's off and the vibratory indication isn't highlighted as on but I have had no sound for when I receive a text or call so something is not quite right with this model do I just need a new phone as I work and have family who get in touch daily please email me on xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx@btinternet.com

@Shop  How long have you had this device?  What device is it ?  have you turned on mute on the device?   have you tried a factory reset on the device?
