Like most of you, I got the iPhone 12 Pro Max on release day, with Apple now confirming the new iPhone 13 to release next week, we will have to pay to upgrade?

Good Morning all,

You can text 'UP' to 150 to find out when you can upgrade.

Alternatively, log in to My EE to check your upgrade details.

Katie 🙂

Yesterday I was told I can upgrade but today I was told different

@starks2221  That’s going to depend on how much that is.  I’m pretty sure (I know for a fact)  EE will not wave my early upgrade fee.

I was told on chat that I could upgrade 14 days early but today they said I can’t

@Stephanie24  You can not upgrade early unless you are due an upgrade or  an early upgrade as that’s what art of your tariff and that early upgrade might cost you.

What sort of tariff do you have is it an annual upgrade tariff?
