Sim works fine in old iPad, but not recognised in new iPad. In Settings, my network provider isn’t an option. Requests a qr code, but I don’t have one. Any suggestions?

@Jpank  You don’t need a QR code you have a physical Sim card and a QR code is to move information from a Sim to the embedded Sim ( eSim ) that’s in the device.

where did you get this device from ?  And have you tried a network reset on the device?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How do I do network reset?

Only two. Neither of them are mine (EE). I’ve never heard of either.
