New iPad but no sim with it?

I’ve had my iPad delivered but there’s no sim with it, what do I need to do to find out where it is? Cheers

Was this an upgrade? If so, you're meant to use your old SIM.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

And now I’ve pressed the solution button and don’t know how to take it off as it’s not sorted! It’s a nightmare to navigate!

I've taken it off for you. You should've been able to click the post's option gearwheel & taken it off yourself.
You'll need to call EE to find out what's happened to the SIM & to send it as they should've done in the 1st place.

The SIM should be within the bag that the iPad was delivered in.
