New doro phone on contract

I was using maps to get somewhere, phone suddenly turned off. Nothing won’t switch on , won’t charge tried everything, sent phone back, but as i only had it in September   was expecting a replacement .

When did you send the phone to EE? When you have a problem with your phone, our technical support team are there to help you and organise repair/replacement of your device.

DPD came with a empty bag nothing in it. Sent phone back, waiting to hear
