New SIM not activated

Hi,

 

I have a new phone which came with instructions to insert and activate the new SIM card (Samsung Galaxy S20). I activated it online, my old SIM has been deactivated, but the new one isn't working. Is there usually a delay?

Hi @BRobins 

 

If your old SIM has been deactivated but the new one isn't working, I would call C/S just to make sure the correct SIM has been activated - they will have access to your specific account to check everything over.

 

Please reboot your phone, just to make sure too.

 

Use one of the 0800 (free) numbers on the get in touch page, from another phone, to call and make sure.
