Upgrading my IPhone

I applied to upgrade my iPhone 5 at the end of June. The upgrade was accepted and a new contract was started on 1st July. DPD advised me that a parcel would be delivered on 7th July from EE. A subsequent message said that it had been returned to EE. I rang EE and was told to contact DPD to find the reason the parcel was returned. As EE asked DPD to deliver a parcel, I consider that EE should contact DPD. All I require is my Update Phone 7 which I requested at the end of June. I look forward to your reply.
