Anybody else been tricked into entering a contract by shop a assistant? She told me she would save money on broadband. I entered contract as she'd saved me money. Over the last week I find useful extras have disappeared on broadband and landline. Decided to go to PAYG as this is what I asked for in first place. Now my broadband, landline, and mobile are in a mess thanks to her incompetence!

Hi @belllj2
Thanks for coming to the community.
Could you let me know what problems you are having with your broadband and which extras are missing?
Speak soon.

Thanks.
I am awaiting top-up SIM for mobile phone, and awaiting contract to be cancelled.
I have somebody from BT working on my broadband and landline problems; hope to put it back to what it was before assistant messed it up.
