New PAYG plan vanished after 2 days

2 days ago I purchased a new PAYG £15 plan using £15 credit. Today the plan has vanished leaving me with 0 data, 0 minutes, 0 texts. Why is this? Please reinstate. I cannot get through on any phone numbers. Now urgent.

However this isn't the point. The point is I'm in France and the new PAYG scheme I paid for has vanished leaving me with nothing. I moved from a flex plan to a PAYG plan on the telephone last Wednesday. I had 2 days of use then all data, texts, etc vanished. I'd like it reinstalled. Can someone look at my phone history or at least speak to me in person. Thank you.
