I am with a different provider and trying to join EE I have downloaded the App and it’s asking for the EE number that’s been sent to me I have entered that and in the correct format it’s not recognising the number

@Summeramohammad  Do you have a EE SIM card in your device?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi, yes I do I’ve tried both ways with my original SIM card and with EE SIM card in my phone

Are you transferring your old number from your previous provider with a PAC code? Is the new SIM card activated and showing an EE signal?
